I hope that the biological community never allows humanity to take up that much space. If we were willing to live at much higher densities than we do now, we could reclaim lost habitat. I've heard of a project in Japan now where they are building a huge offshore project that is self-sufficient. I think that Earth will always have large nature reserves due to the memories and history associated with this planet.

never humans are control freaks. We think we are helping the species by breeding them in captivity. How about we just stop killing them off in the wild. TOO hard I guess.

some kind of rodent. maybe just a mouse like mickey. or a big wharf rat.
