Firstly you must get some special tranfer paper, i buy it from ebay. Just type T-shirt Transfer etc.
Then you must have a printer that has an option for Transperency option for printing.
Choose a design you like and make sure its back to front on your screen so it can show up correct on your t-shirt, i use ms paint provided with windows and i choose flip image horizontally from the top menu taskbar.
Then press print and choose transperensy option. I have used a cheap epson stylus printer C45 and it still works perfect. Make sure you wash it correctly the first time using Cold water and Inside out.
Make sure you buy professional paper and follow instructions provided.

There are two ways (as far as I know). First take your printed design along to a specialist shop and ask them to do it (Can be costly). Second purchase a small pack of iron on papers from any good computer shop. Print the design on to the iron on paper and iron it on to you T Shirt or book bag. Instructions come with the paper. It's a doddle.

contact a print shop, or buy the speical print paper and print it out yourself and iron it on....
