plus there is the psycho part of it
it is a situation which you pass under self pressure or embarrassment
so you start sweat
going again into the same situation makes you sweat as well

90 degrees or higher, heavy/strenuous workout, or too many clothes. I never sweat when nervous or in any social interaction. (:
