It's not bad to have intercourse while menustrating - you should be better lubricated than normal, and this is a good thing.
It affects your health in a good way if you have intercourse. If you choose not to have intercourse, it can affect your health in a bad way - people should not stop having sex for a week straight every 28 days - imagine if all the women had their period at the same time each month as each other - what a miserable society we would have if everyone stopped having sex!!!!!

no, if it makes you feel uncomfortable dont do it, but it cant really harm you, it can make the sheets messy, i ususally did it in the shower when i was on my period.

It's actually a sin in the Bible to have sex while on your period.
