Defo Amsterdam in Europe. I bought a beautiful diamond in Dubai 2 years ago and the guy who sold me it had two shops in Amsterdam also. I popped over there last Feb actually to see him as he spends winters in Europe and summers in UAE.

Amsterdam has the Diamond Exchange, so it's pretty much Diamond Central. Antwerp too, maybe.

amsterdam, they have diamond factories, you can choose the shape, colour carat they have thousands and they will also set your diamond for you!!!
