According to the reference below, factors for numbers up to 100,000,000 (supposedly showing primes) were calculated by J. P. Kulik (1773-1863) who was a professor of mathematics at the Universty of Prague. This was the result of a 20-year hobbly (life must have been pretty dull back then).
