I would sip on a glass of hot water. That helps me at the verge of catching a cold and keep the sneeze. Then again I am to not sneeze in the office.

The obvious answer is sniffing pepper, but on top of that I'd spend more time in the newspaper archives at the library, and I wouldn't push my cat's tail out of my face anymore.
