You just do something to draw attention to yourself -- something that's interesting to others. You can be a hero, or just an idiot, as long as people want to know more.
Some types of celebrities:
Heroes who save lives
Professional Athletes
Wild girls who have rich parents
William Hung, who couldn't sing a lick on American Idol
Carrie Underwood, who COULD sing a lick and has won lots of awards
Authors of famous books
Writers of popular songs
High profile bank robbers (I don't recommend this one.)
Reality Show contestants (not the ones who get kicked off in the first or second week)
Honest people who find and return a briefcase full of cash, and especially if they refuse to take the reward money!
