If no one voted for any of the persons running for president and the current president could not run again, what would happen? Would the current president remain until another one was elected and when would the next election take place?

Unfortunetly, even if no one voted, the "Electoral College" is who actually "elects" the president of the United States. And that is why in at least 2 cases in the past (if memory serves), the president who didn't have the majority of "popular" votes has still managed to win the presidency...

I do not think that the people running would not step up and vote for themself, and the relatives also, so the most relatives win. But it would be a statement by the people we are tired of what type of people are running now.

The likelihood of that ever happening is nil. People will always vote, although we have some of the lowest voter turnouts in the world, they'll still vote.
