I had a neighbor that kept counting out loud and find myself doing it too sometimes.

More or less... yeah. It is. OCD is something that you can subject yourself to easily, mostly because it only takes a second to understand what the problem is. It takes most people a lifetime to master it, but it's horribly catchy in the meantime.

actually counting things is a really good way to remember things. You will always know how many of something you have. But no its not contagious. You might just hang around your neighbor toom much.

I hate when people pretend to have OCD, they think it's cute, for some reason.

"Oh, I just can't go to sleep unless every plug in my house is unplugged."

"I just have to count every single ceiling tile in this restuarant or it'll drive me absolutely crazy!"

***** I've known you for 7 years and you didn't start doing that **** until you watched "True Life: I'm OCD"
