In your email box or On your computer?

Email box:

Reboot your computer, go back to mailbox and see if theyre there, if not, create new ones and "save those settings". May help if you read the info on creating new folders first from inside your mailbox.

Computer:

To find any file or folder on your computer click on start / search / for files or folders / type in the folder name / click enter and it should appear (cut it and paste it wherever you want)

you can create a new one or find it in the your computer by the help of finding folders option
