download this

http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/Audio/Audio-Convertors/Switch-Sound-Format-Converter.shtml

it can convert upto 32000 files in one batch. it is also guaranteed to have no spyware or adware or viruses as it is from softpedia

when it opens, select the files that you want to convert (probably iin 'my music')

you will then have to choose a file type when you convert, and choose .mp3 or they may call it mpeg layer3

you then choose a convertion target folder, where they will put all of your converted files. choose to make a new one and call it 'zen vision files'.

once conversion is done, open this folder as well as the folder that will pop up when you plug your zen creative into the pc. when these two are open, just drag and drop

hope this helps

Chances are you will have to burn it. I have AVS audio converter and that cannot do the job for m4p.
