Yes I'm agree with stseukn. I'm sure that you may not be getting her well lubricated before penetration, you should give her more arousal, created more excitement and released all the tension. Having sex for the first normally will have lil' bit of pain but if she keep feeling the same way it probably other problem and need to see expert. But try to use lubricating gel like KY Jelly.

May be your girl friend is not fully prepared for sex and that is reason she gets pain. However it is most unethical to have sex before marraige. Howver your girl friend may have some problem with her utrus and it is suggested to consult a Gyno.

First, you're probably both inexperienced. Second, you may not be getting her well lubricated before penetration (getting her "excited" enough). If this is the case, try KY Jelly and it should help immensely.
