So long as the water is tank water and not fresh tap water they should be OK, I would use tank water to do partial water changes
if you cannot get a small filter for the for the bowl. Keep the air pump running to keep the water aerated and float the bowl in the tank if you cannot use a sepertate heater.
I own a pet store and care sheets are available on my web site,

when my fish had babies i did the same thing.i took them out of the big tank and put them in a smaller container.well i accidently left them in the big tank .that fish is now the biggest fish out of the rest of the babies because it had more room to grow, and got a head start on growing.so what i am telling you to do is put them back in the big tank.when people told me this i thought they were crazy but if you have gravel they will hide in there until they are big enough to swim freely.out of my 12 babies only 2 died.some are going to die no matter what.some are weaker than others. If your big tank doesn't have an air pump it is ok. but you need a filter in the big tank.
Good luck! p.s. if you have any more question just ask

I particularly have a tank of my personal with 2 guppies(one lady and one male). I only were given a clean 1gal tank for breeding purposes. that is an particularly low priced and easy to verify equipment for beginers to breeding livebearers. aspect is, your guppy WILL eat her fry (offspring) in the journey that they do no longer have any hiding places. also the different fish contained in the tank will also discover the frys a delectable snack in the journey that they don't look to be separated from the tank instantly. in case you want the more youthful guppies to live to inform the tale, you want to get a small tank, or you ought to purchase a floating tank from maximum interior sight fish shops, then you definately placed the fry into the tank and watch them boost :) I particularly have had one live to inform the tale by technique of itself with none separation from the tank friends yet all of his brothers and sisters were eaten (about 20 of them). reliable luck along with your guppies :)

at the pet store they have little plastic tanks that hang inside your regular tank just for the babies. the water flows from the large tank into the smaller one and you don't have to worry about any special water problems.

A teaspoon of oil, graded cheese, chopped garlic, minced onions
stir until slightly brown and then pour in the guppies. cook for another 2 or 3 minutes and then add a small shot glass of white wine, again stirr and let heat simmer for a few seconds to burn off the wine and then take to table to entertain friends or yourself.. Better yet, .. Invite a cat over.
