Have you noticed that as bigger thay are as stupid thay act? So, my bet is for Optimus Prime.

Optimus prime is know as the greatest leader in all animated history,He took on the entire decepticon army alone and won he was pissed off ,he wanted no Autobots to die but him,He also if i'm not mistaken before he combined with omega supreme did a feat even superman would be shocked from,He pused back a speeding Unicron and slow him down while in space traveling a light speeds who was about to Devore a planet. Even if he had been fuse with omega supreame; to already be a large part of the strength to do that is amazing.So Optimus Prime. Autobots Roll Out!!!!!

I don't know much characters from the Cybertron series, I only watched the original - Beast Wars, but Optimus Prime is the only name I recognise there, so I will choose him.
Still think that from all of them in any series, Waspinator would be victorious.
