Is a woman smarter in pants or in a skirt? I seem to have most of my "blonde moments" (i'm brunette) when i'm in a skirt.

I don't think that pants or skirts matter, although skirts are seen more feminine. Honestly, I think women are smarter when they are more feminine; it allows a man to be a man, which is always a smart thing.

yea, a skirt makes a woman more manipulative...... esp. if she has no panties on,,,,,,,, unless she is unattractive, then she may opt out of skirts......
