Kick that bi tch out of the group! She seems way to self obsessed. Or just get a few girlfriends of yours to go with you and let her go do whatever she wants. Stop letting her be the leader!

And yes, I have wanted to pile drive a friend of mine's heade through a wall.

make it totaly cleer ot her way ahead of time that ther will be no changes, let her know it ruins the night when she changes. be nice about it but be firm. if she realey is a friend she should be understanding. if she gets up set tell her maby she should go home & contemplate on shering. if she dosent come around just stop inviting her, & distance urself, becuse she dosent know how to be a friend- all she knows is ME ME ME but if she dose understand & apoligise cool, she may still try it (habbit) just stand firm on ur dicison. if she bums & wines all night quit inviting her. always be nice 7 smile, I find if a person gets irate I laugh at them & act like there makeing a big joke. (its realy hard to be irate when Ur being laughed at.

I hate those kinds of people. Next time you have plans of having a good time, don't tell her so she can't ruin your night.

I am sorry. She does sound self centered. Have you tried to talk seriously about this?

Go without her. Seriously. If she wants to continue to be part of your circle, she'll give up on this obvious manipulation and attention-seeking. If not, you can have fun without her.

Write down all her pros and cons. If she has more reasons to be IN your life than out, keep her. Work with her. TELL her (duh) how you feel. If she is a real friend, she will attempt to change.
