I would also include Wikipedia and blog searches. Can always get good info from them and any reference material. I have listed some sources below.

Hello. That's a good but somewhat difficult question as so many search engines just copy the same links from those two. I've personally used: www.dogpile.com, www.msn.com (not so great, but can be handy at times), www.hotbot.com (another site ran by Lycos.com but which is less annoying than Lycos), www.blowsearch.com, and at times I may try www.altavista.com (not as good as in the old days) and www.teoma.com (which has been bought by Ask.com..). Good luck and remember always try more than one or two. You just might find a special one from one lesser known!
