yes i heard about that yesterday, its a bit silly, yes it can look like you are shouting but maybe you just want your Q to be noticed! what is their problem at Y/A its sooooo PETTY! oops i shouted soz!

I KNOW BUT THEY NEVER SAID ANSWERING IN ALL CAPS WAS RUDE!!!!! LOL.
i dont think its rude i think it draws attention to an individuals question that they really wanted answered. I know i hate when my questions that are really importan only get a few answers... it feels like a waste of points lol.

because its like your shouting.. when you ask someone something. you want some from them. if you want somthing from a person you should show them respect and ask politely
