Tongue rings and nipple rings are the sexiest on guys.
My finacee has his tongue pierced. And is going to get his nipples shortly.
If you have the body for it, nipple piercings are hawt. If you have flabby man tata's, notttt so hot of a piercing. :)

Both can be hot. I think I'd prefer nipple rings though.

I personally think both are hot on guys.. Tongue is just a turn on anyway, but when a guy has his nipples pierced it's sexy, because you can play with them, after they heal of course.. If your thinking about it, Go for it!!..
