There's no need to. In the first place there is no real friendship in the workplace. Only competition and to an extend useful acquaintance/s.
Just know your job well and take a day at a time. Most importantly you must know which stage of your career you are at, plan and execute well. To each his own.
Life..:)

First, be aware that it is not mandatory that everybody will fall in love with you. Secondly and as always, the eyes are the window to the soul... and thirdly, is the person avoiding contact with you and otherwise tend to be augmentative with many encounters with you? and lastly, make sure you are not misinterpreting hatred for other feelings or type of personality.

why should you care if they hate you, i had a little issue at work something like that, we hired this new girl that though she was the best thing since sliced american bread and she told everybody that she did not like me, and she just started to make a hassel of everything so we had a employee meeting to get everything settled, so i politely told everyone i am not here to make firends i dont care who likes me and who don't you are here to do a job and if you don't like it the door is right there thankfully she quit 2 days later...

If they actually "hate" you as opposed to dis-liking you and wanting to avoid you, chances are they are going to make it well known to you that they do.
