I'll let you play with my balls anyday. Just ask those guys if you can play with their balls. What sort of gentleman would say no?

Its not hard to actually make the team. If you attend a public school they cant cut you for lack of ability or talent. When I was a freshman in high school i actually played against a girl on an opposing team. She was the kicker and played outside linebacker. I dont know if she ever played varsity. If you are a bigger girl and dont mind being physical then there is no reason why you cant play and even start. However with that could bring some ignorant stereotypes and some people making fun of you. but then you could just tackle them. jk. And actually there is a pro/ semi-pro womens football league. It doesnt get near the pub of most sports and the money isnt enough as a sole career but they do exist

I know here in Louisville and a lot of major cities there are semi-pro women's football leagues. That'd be a great place for you if you're not comfortable enough (or depending on how old you are) trying/playing out with the guys. There have been girls who have played Division I football, but to my knowledge they've all been kickers.
I've also seen girls play high school football and as much of a feminist as I am, I know that it would be very tough to compete with guys in college who on average are 6'4" and about 260-280 pounds....simply due to the size and the strength factor. Not saying there aren't girls out there who can't, just saying that you would have to dedicate yourself to making yourself as strong and physical as possible. If you're willing to do that, have a go at it.

Very simple NWFA we have a woman football team that made it to the championship 3 times. You might want to look into that and start training.

We had a girl football player in high school in Texas...Fort Worth/Everman. Are you talking professional? Or just high school? Nothing is impossible.

You could always do something along the lines of what Tiger Woods did for golf, before him black guys were not allowed to play.
But it's a long, hard, rocky road when you fight this world's sob's.
