who doesnt like the new season of gilmore girls?? i loved the old episodes and i miss them so much! it just seems like the show doesnt have its uniqueness anymore. the whole christopher/lorelai thing didnt make sense and i think that lorelai is meant to be with luke. let me know what you think!

I know exactly what you mean. Gilmore Girls seems to have lost all of it's uniqueness and charm (as well as clever and funny scripts). Now, it's just turned into somewhat of a soap opera, with the whole Lorelai and Chris getting married and divorced.
I hope the writers bring back the old Gilmore Girls we all love!

Luke and Lorelai FOREVER!!!
I hate her with Chris.
It looks like they are getting back together. I wonder how it will work out? It would be strange for them just to start up where they left off.
I like this season, but Lorelai and Rory seem distant from each other. I like the conversations they have.
I could go on and on. If you wanna talk it over, let me know.

I read a story several months back that after the last season, the husband-wife duo who lead the writing staff left. They had to hire new head writers. That could be why the show is different this season.

Yeah I agree with you; I love the old episodes. Pretty much the whole season with Chris was boring and predictable in my opinion. They are getting better though now that he's gone.

well if youve seen any recent episodes you will know that lorelai and chris broke up. i like the new season.
