I absolutely hated their interference in my life during that growth phase - they would overburden with homework, lock me up in detention room, embarrass me in front of parents and peers, give a fail grade without any explanation - weren't we all terrified of their names and presence
I'm thinking of suing them now would I get justice

I think I have already!!! They are all dead now.(I went to school in the 40/50`s). I did better than most of the poor pathetic creatures, who`s only enjoyment was humiliation and slapping.If you think about it they went from school to collage then on to university .........They never really lived in the real world...where failure meant the sack. Even to-day you can always tell the type
they never leave the class room. I think some even answer the questions here, as there are a few people who love to correct the spelling of our quiestions. Ignorant sods. Dont waste your time.

I must have been in a good school. I never did exceptionally well in school but never had this kind of treatment.
If you went into detention, and I did a few of those, then you must have done something wrong (late homework, talking in class....that sort of thing).
If you got a fail without explanation...did you never think to ASK why?
If you were embarrassed in front of everyone, certainly, seek legal advice but think about exactly what DID happen, be objective and get supporting witnesses as these will form the basis of any legal action.
It's ok to say "Mr Brown made me stand inn front of the call with a dunces hat on while singing God Save The Queen" but if nobody else in the class supports you your'e screwed

Revenge is a dish best served cold. Never in the heat of a moment exact a revenge you might regret. If revenge is necessary, make sure that you are not motivated by insane anger.
You may find that you were not the only victim. In which case, fair revenge will often occur naturally. Those who dish out unfair punishment, tend to receive unfair punishment in later life.
You can satisfy yourself of this by thinking about where they live, and who they live near. Then consider, how many people know about their past. Bullies are often bullied in later life.

I already have got even with the cow who got me expelled,at the time she was a head of year and now she is a headteacher at a roman catholic school so i made it known that she is a lesbian,talk about double standerds of the catholic church.

This is dumb as hell, I think personally you should grow up, and realize that everyone in their life was bullied. Its part of growing up. Get over it & move on.
