a simple question and "a chatting and personal communication question" in here? Is there such a limit?

The vagueness of that guideline has always eluded me...the limit comes from people's restraint in deciding what to do when they don't like someone else.

I rarely pay attention to stuff like that...somebody asks a question, I answer it. Let the Yahoo hamster in the judo outfit sort out the rules, he made 'em.

Just go all the way and when your question or answer is deleted by Yahoo, you'll know you reached that limit.

it's like, "oh for crying out loud get a chat room"

I think it's okay. It doesn't happen too much, and sometimes that's the only way for you to say what you want to say, even if you never get an answer.
