Women wear skirts in tennis, field hockey, and cheerleading. Why not volley ball and softball? I'm sure female players would look just as cute playing volley ball in a skirt as they do tennis.

Of course the players would wear spankies or undies that matched the skirt, like in tennis or cheerleading.

Sliding into second base in a skirt is an invitation for burns on your legs. This was a problem back when women played professional baseball during WWII.

I think the reason for not wearing them in volleyball is because you jump up a lot and you don't want to give the audience panty shots. Tennis skirts come with a matching undergarment that is more like a bikini bottom than your Hanes Her Way.

field hockey doesn't even wear them all the time anymore...
a lot of travel teams are starting to go to shorts because they are more comfortable

tennis: for support and you run, so ya

not good in all sports as baseball if they slide they can scrape themselves,,,sunburn,,etc,,,
