OK, yes, the Beyonder would be stronger than the Hulk. There is also a Thor issue, like #385, something like that, where the two fight all issue, and it's a draw. I say Thor could have won if they kept it up. But here's some more little known facts.
1. Doc Samson knocked the Hulk out.
2. Spider-Man knocked the Hulk into outer space. (In the Acts Of Vengance storyline)
3. Silver Surfer could just burn a hole in him or something with his power cosmic.
4. Galactus could just eat him.
5. Spider-Man's Alien costume absorbed all the Hulk out of Bruce Banner. (In What if Spider-Man never got rid of the symboite)
6. Namor, the Sub-Mariner once whupped him. But that was underwater.

Most of your DC tough guys- Superman, Lobo, Mon-El, Ultra Boy, Supergirl are not only stronger than the Hulk They're MUCH stronger!
Mad Hulk, Really Mad Hulk benches about 500 tons
Superman benches a cool 180 THOUSAND tons
No MARVEL Hero is a match for a mad Hulk. Not Thing, Colossus, Thor OR Namor
CLOSE- but no cigar...

To tell you the truth there is no definitive answer to your question.
The Hulks strength is potentially unlimited because it is tied directly to his emotional state at he time. You also have to bare in mind that The Hulk has changed a lot over the years, the original savage green Hulk is considered the strongest because he runs on pure rage, whereas the grey Hulk is much more intelligent but not nearly as strong. So to answer you question i would have to first ask which version of the Hulk we are dealing with and how pissed off is he?

Superman, Thor and Shazam/Captain Marvel all rank with the Hulk. On any given day, they could take him -- especially Superman.
Other strongmen, such as Thing, Martian Manhunter, Namor, Wonder Woman are not at the Hulk's level.

Superman, of course. It was proven in Superman vs. Spider-Man II and also in the pages of DC vs Marvel.
But if you want to stick strictly to the Marvel universe, the most obvious choice would be Thor. He is the god of thunder, y'know.
