No, I still can't drive and I' am 21.

I don't drive. In my state, a person with a permit must wait atleast 60 days after getting the permit to test for a license. I've had my permit four times now. I just don't have a licensed driver with the spare time to go driving with me for practice. I've pretty much given up.

Yes I can and I hate it. There are some crazy people driving out there be careful.

nope, im 14! though i did try those race cars in an arcade a couple of times. i was the only one who was forced to go to the pit lane for damage repair :~(
