Hi. I just wanted to ask you what this question means "*Would your employment eligibility be contingent on Wells Fargo sponsoring or transferring your work visa?"??

Answer yes, if you will only be eligible for employment if Wells Fargo sponsors or transfers your work visa.

It means: would your eligibility of employment (ability to be employed.) have to wait on wells fargo sponsoring or transferring your work visa.

to say something is "contingent on" something, just means that it needs it to happen. They mean to ask if your employment eligibility is only valid if Wells Fargo sponsors you.
