4 days a week in the gym. I do cardio, yoga, pilates, and weight training. I stay active during the weekends and try to eat healthy.

I *try* to hit the gym 3-4 times a week (it's often 2-3 times)... I incorporate weight training with cardio for about 60-70 minutes.

I own a childcare so I chase toddlers all day, Then I keep up with my 3 boys and husband, cook dinner, clean house, host the slumber parties guys and girls,walk 40 min a day do the row machine, after that relax while tanning quick shower, some yahoo, and thank the Lord bed.. Then I wake up and do it again.....remember to breathe.....

I exercise about twice a week

I go on exercise machines and I do aerobics class at my school

2 - 3 times a week, I go to the gym. I do the treadmill thing for abt 20 minutes, the rowing machine, the elliptical machine, then the weight machines - where you target your back, or chest, etc. Firm chest muscles make your boobs look better / firmer :-)

two or three times a week I run a mile, lift weights for about 30 minutes, do 80 sit-ups and 30 push-ups.

at school. 5 days a week. a lil less then an hour a day. i have miles 2 days a week. rest of the days we run a lap and play a sport (it changes)

im really lazy. so i dont really exercise. i do pushups and sit ups every nite and seem to be stayin in shape. i eat mcdonalds all the time and not obese. i would say like 50 pushups and hella sit ups.

i exercise twice a week.....its abt 2 hours 1 time....
just jogging,if gt go gym then will be more interesting bc there gt many partners n can chatting......
