I don't know where you live, but in California no one wears pantyhose anymore. It hasn't been in style for years. Ofcourse, the weather there permits that. I think bare legs look lovely. Always show off your best assets. It will look sexy without being trashy.

Up to you. It mostly depends on your outfit. I love legs, and both ways look damn good to me. My suggestion is to pick the outfit you want and try with and without pantyhose, and see how good the outfit looks both ways.
