how do i get a phone # so i can talk to a live person on pogo .com?

pogo sent me aregistration key but it wont open a game that i purchased from them.......they have my money but i have no game.....HELP

Send them an e-mail. If they don't respond, try talking to your credit card company about cancelling the charge.
