I am not able to recall what I had previously prepared. I am not able to concentrate as I always have the fear that I will fail. I feel like crying all the time. My parents have a lot of expectations from me and my teachers too. I feel like running away. I am still left with certain chapters and I am not able to study. I have my history exam on 7th. Please help.

Dear
Don't loose ur hope........first up all u must have the confidence that u must pass..... and more over crying is not a solution to ur problem....instead pray to god to increase ur recalling memeory....to strenghten ur memory...u should have writing practice during ur study.....make some hint points to every question and make them as clues to that questions when asked in exams........cheer up.............have faith in god and also in urself....definitely u should succedddd and fulfill ur tr's and parents expectations...........all the best

Don't panic! Stay calm - breathe deeply! In my years as a teacher I soon found out that it is always the very best students who worry the most - ergo - you are a very good student! You may feel as if you've forgotten everything but I'm willing to bet that it will come back to you when you start the exam. Have a walk in the fresh air, a drink and a snack before you go back to your books. When revising, take one chapter at a time, make brief written notes, and make sure you get some rest and relaxation too. Good luck!

Firstly take a deep breath. Say to yourself, I have passed my history exam easily. I'll just go through how well I did.
Get some card or paper and write down the main points of the areas you are studying on seperate pieces. Now look through each card and read out the words you have written. Put them away. Later in the day,do it again. Do it 2 or 3 times each day always saying you passed whichever exam it is as though you already have.
If you have some really tricky areas. Draw a spider map with a main point in the middle and the points coming from it joined by lines.
Look at your spider map and say the points out loud. Repeat again later etc.
You can do it!

What's easy to do?
1. Yell at someone or to keep quite even when you're not at fault,
2. Throw a tantrum if you are unhappy or introspect,
3. Beat up a child if he has made a mistake or sit by him and explain to him?

think about it,each one of the above.

It's easier to yell and throw a tantrum and get physical, but it is more difficult to be patient, introspect and face the situation with calmness.

It's your choice. Either you could freak out, or grow up and behave like an adult. If you freak out, youre wasting everybodies time, everyone's energy and also wasting all the work that youve put in. If yu handle this pressure, youre putting all your hardwork to the best use.

If you teachers have expectations from you, you might be decent at studies. Calm down. Take a deep breath and think for sometime. The choice is really simple.... you are going to waste your time by freaking out or you are going to utilize it?

Best of luck...... take care and do really well. Am sure you will make the right choice.
