Hi there!
All right, I'm a professional web designer, so I'll comment on your site from a design perspective...I don't care how old you are ;-)...
First site...I'm not very familiar with BlogSpot honestly, so I don't know how much control you have over this...but lose the polka dots...It's just a little loud for a background. If you actually want people to read what you've got to say, you want to try to be easy on their eyes...avoid high contrast colors, white on black, and...er...polka dots and similar patterns.
Second site...very cool...very JKRowling.com...I like the scatteredness of it :-). It's a little dark...and a friend of mine recently mentioned that whenever he looked at websites done up in mostly black, he felt like he was stuck in a box...but then again, my friend did a lot of drugs in high school...you be good and stay away from that :-P
Hmm...on the MySpace, loose the aqua and you have a winner...maybe I just don't like aqua...
If you're really interested in site design, make sure you do some reading and experimenting with HTML and CSS, stuff like that. Oh...and people on the internet are psychopathic, scary and unbalanced, so excercise due caution when putting any of your personal details, no matter how vague, online...*ahem* Okay, I'll shut up now ;-)
