Because on the inside, they are judging themselves.

Give some examples of what is a good way and what is a bad way to be judgmental, please.
I think we all need to uphold certain "standards" in our lives.
I think others deserve to live their lives unmolested as long as what they do doesn't affect me adversely.

Society is judgemental. We judge people for jobs, friendships, partners, intelligence. We can try and not judge, but by calling someone judgemental, we are still judging them.

People have their own opinions, biases, and prejudices, and sometimes it gets in the way of their thinking. I think we all judge, even if it is subconscious, it's just part of us. What matters is how we let it influence our opinions.

most flaws that people see in others are things they deal with them selves. Also people are nosy as*holes.

Because, their opinion is very important "to them", don't worry about what people "THINK", they don't do it very often !
