obviously, as many people have stated here, sephora is your absolute best bet. a couple weeks ago i picked up some eye shadow there by urban decay in a color called 'shattered.' i also have blue eyes, and it's the perfect make-'em-pop color, and it can definitely be worn very dark and defined if you want it to be. combined with a good eyeliner and mascara (both on top, but only one on bottom because both on the bottom really closes up the eye), it really makes blue eyes stand out.

either way, blue eyes are actually brought out way more by colors like deep aquamarines, greys, and browns. heavy black makeup can actually make the eye look smaller and less noticeable, which is probably the exact opposite of what you want. if you're not into the expensive stuff at sephora, almay makes a really deep royal blue mascara that looks way better with blue eyes than black. you could try checking out their entire line of makeup designed for blue eyes, too.

Sephora of course! they have like all the make up in this world.
Use bare minerals, it looks natural and doesnt clog pores. It also doesnt get all cakey.
to add color to you face use a bronzer and apply to get a sunkissed glow!!
For the dark "emo" look, use almay eyeliner, the one that lasts for 16 hours. A water proof mascara and black eye shadow, such as one from physicians formula, you can get that at wal-mart or so. The eye shadow can be used either wet or dry. and since you don't work with lip stick or lipgloss, just use chap stick =]

Try CLINIQUE or MAC, they are sold at Belk in SC. If you want to make blue eyes pop use white under the brow arch, then a burgandy or gold in the corners of the eyes, white on the lid, and in the crease of your eye use the black, just follow the crease. Use a eyeliner that is Ultrablack by Revlon or Bare Naturals found at Wal-Mart on the upper lash extend the liner upwards to make eyes open and on the bottom apply the eyliner and smudge with a q-tip

i was emo before "emo" was emo.
back when i was like 12-13-15ish.... i'm only 19 now... and still quite emo... not purposly though.. it just stuck.
I liked dark makeup... heavy black eyeliner all around the eye with a little glitter... and blue mascara.
spend a little more on the eyeliner... pass up the $1 dollar version and go for the 3-4 dollar one.. it works way better
chapstic is always good... if your not into color on your lips...
clear lip gloss makes any lips a little cuter too.
walgreens always helped me out.
eye shadow is fun too. but its really important to buy a good brush to apply it... i learned that after many frustrating mornings infront of the mirror wondering my eye's didn't pop the way i wanted.

if your parents are cool about ordering makeup off the internet for you there's this really awesome website that sells this really colorful makeup... the pigment is awesome..
look up mud makeup on google..

also... hot topic sells some make up that looks like it would go on bright.... but is so dull... and its quite pricey for the quality..

i'd say stick to walgreens and sally's beauty supply.... they've got what'cha need...

stay pretty... and snap outta ur emo'ness... its bad for you... unless you just want the look... be beautiful...

hey there=)
- MAC:
they always have new collections and great ideas, but maybe it's more for profissionals, and makeup artists..
- Benefit:
another brand that i'm very happy with that just can't stop buying ,and just got familiar with is * Benefit *!
I think it's more fun for a young lady like you, they have some real fun products that have the coolest names hehe..
I'd recomend the BADgal eye pencil, it doesn't melt to give you that black eye circles effect under ur eyes, and it can also be used as a smoky /creamy eyeshadow. check it out here: http://www.benefitcosmetics.com/gp/product/B000FBF59A/sr=1-12/qid=1172911353/ref=sr_1_12/002-3765932-2659226?ie=UTF8&n=164991011&bcBrand=core
I'ts usually availabe at any mall i think, u can also get it from their online store http://www.benefitcosmetics.com

i have had hell searching for make up because i am black.. i can never get just the right color.. the best thing u can do, in my opinion is go on over to your local macy's and go to the MAC counter and get a make-up consultation. they are excellent in finding anything you need, from foundation, to good shades of lipstick and eyeshadow, to the brushes you use.. so have fun and good luck

i might say jap, because of the fact they are extra good and much less complicated to maintain. German vehicles are too high priced for me to maintain and purchase. to not point out the engines are too complicated.
