what should i prefer first my career or family matter?

i am preparing for medical exam for two year.but in this year because of two death in my relation shocked me and i am feeling very insecure after these events .i want to concentrate on my study. but here some other problem is disturbing me. my elder brother's marriage has been finalled where i donot want. despite my many effort .no body want to break this event .what can i do in this condition .i am fully dis agree with this marriage

You can do both but just remember other peoples problems are not yours, focus on your studies... You can be there for your family as well. But I am sorry for your loss but mate your loved ones wouldnt want you moping around when you can use that moping around time to use and study so.... Focus on your studies

i can understand how the death of two loved ones would disrupt your study, but if the only thing distracting you now is the marriage of your brother, then take a reality check, he is free to marry whoever he wants whether you approve or not, stop interfering and get on with your own life, if he makes a mistake, then it is sad, but it is his decision not yours
