As long as you are not high risk, you should be fine. During the end of my 2nd trimester, and beginning of 3rd, I took a 3 hour plane ride to my destination and then drove back home. (big road trip lol) So as long as you have a healthy pregnancy, you should be fine. If in doubt, talk to your OB/GYN. Just be sure to make frequent stops not only for the potty, but to stretch your legs. Pregnant women are higher risk for blood clots.

I am 24 weeks and am going away in April to a secluded camping spot. I will bring my cell and only have my little daughter with me (she is seven). I will be in my third trimester by then, about 31 weeks. It will be an easy camping trip because I am renting a cabin. But now you have me thinking, maybe I should do something in the city instead? Well, we'll see, but when I am 34 weeks I am not going anywhere except to shop in the city that is 15 minutes away. After 34 weeks I am home and town bound unless I am going to visit a friend (and she only lives one hour away).

I did some stints to my parents house in the second and begining of the third trimesters due to a death in the family. Its 400 away...6 hours or more from San Diego to the central valley Ca...I did a couple of three day weekends.
I got my docs approval before hand to fly if I wanted up to 30 days before my due date and drive that long up to 3 weeks before, however she recommended that I stop every hour and a half to two hours to stretch my legs so i could prevent those nasy leg cramps you can get during pregnancy.
Good luck

just depends on how far and where.. Don't go on a 3 day road trip. But a day trip should be fine. Also, don't go somewhere you can't get help if you need it. Basically, no cell phone reception, I wouldn't recommend it. Also, if you go on day long tip, know where the nearest hospital or urgent care clinic is just in case.

sure, its ok... medical doctors propose no longer taking something, yet in case you want to, Tylenol is what they could advise. i'm getting subject matters each and each of the time (husband haha) and that i visit usually cause them to flow away if I relax and tell him to close up! haha
