I just got the most beautiful watch for my birthday but have already scratched the face. Is their a way to remove them in any way or do i have to just look beyond them???

in Swatch they have an electrical brush. They brush the glass of the watch for a few seconds and it erases all the scratches. The watch look just new again! They do it for free. I dont know if any other stores have a service like that.

Yes there is.. acrylic/polycarbonate polish(it will be blue) and a dremel with a felt wheel.. you crystal is obviously plastic as glass dosent scratch that easily.. if it turns out to be real glass use white jewlers rouge on the same dremel & felt wheel.. but that will take longer as glass is much harder.. it will distort either way so dont stay in one spot too long and use a light touch..

(you can get the polishes at any hafway good ace hardware)

It is more simple to buy a new watch but if you really want to clean it buy a yonraytorius cleaner(Red)
