on here or at a club ...or where ever...and someone shows up so full of themself that it just kinda puts a damper on your night?

On occasion, but don't let the other person have the satisfaction of getting to you. Be confident in what you believe in, and you shouldn't be so bothered. I have to admit though, that there are some real a**holes in this world. But there are always going to be. Move on to someone else you'd rather converse with.
It's amazing how many questions there are about people being rude to other people. I've asked a few myself. With some of the other answers that I see here... I guess we shouldn't be suprised. It takes all kinds of people.....

Don't let things like those take you down. LOL. And I believe that that's where all the fun begins. Enjoy life. It's too short to hate things and waste your time being pissed off about something non-sense. :)

Yes, I know the type. It's all about them. They know a better way, they have been there and done that and they are world's foremost authorities on everything. I get up and walk away. But that type never gets the hint.
