are you just obliterated without a word? I fear because it has happened to several of my friends lately and they sure didn't deserve it.

they send me an email but refused too give an explanation even after several pleading messages ,
but they reinstated me 2 days later
after they send me a message that they were not going to
got a violation notice today and when i complained they also cancelled that
somebody up there likes me

Once you are suspended in person. You will not get any further explanations via email.

Usually they escort you out the door but explain first why you are being fired. But you can't go back or check your e-mail after that.

you're suspended very "politely" they acknowledge your contribution towards the team before they took this decision

No, they just cut you off!, you go to sign in one day, and it says it's an invalid password, it happened to me, yep email gone too!
