I know someone who is Creole. She explained to me that it means mixed races. I provided a website below so you can learn more:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creole_peoples
You can classify yourself as mixed, I know several people who are mixed and proud.
I am mixed as well. I am 1/4 Native, 1/8 Lebanese, and the 1/2 German and 1/8 other. However, I am mostly involved with my Native culture so I've always classified myself as Native.
Also, since Creole means mixed you could just classify yourself as Creole.
So, if I were you i'd classify myself under what is most prevelant to you. No one can argue with you, it is your choice!

Creole isn't a race, I believe. So you can choose between Native American or White; I'm assuming you are filing forms, etc., for this to be necessary? I think with 1/4 American Indian, if you can prove it, you may be eligible for some special funds, you might check that out through he tribe of your ancestors. With 1/2 white and 1/4 Creole, a mix of black and white (?), you are predominately white.

1/4 Native
1/4 Creole - which is not a race, but a multi-ethnic culture (French, Spanish, African-American. and Native American.)
1/2 white
----------
Racially, you are a mestizo, because you are mixed of European and Native American ancestry. You could also consider yourself Creole.

socially, you are who the culture you identify with. if you are fortunate enough to have been raised respecting and participating in all your mixed heritage then I would just say you're mixed. and while most people assume that to mean simply biracial regarding black and white you can just define your heritage as you have done here, and keep on stepping.
it not necessary to be defined by a particular race esp if you dont have just a single one in your veins. Some other people just prefer to know so they can "identify" you or figure you out in order to make themselves feel more comfortable.

It depends on what you and your family have generally identified as, and what society sees. Although no harm in identifying with "mixed creole, Native American, and white," and just include them all. : )
