Start with AFI. Their songs have cryptic meanings to them. Try Bleed Black or Days of the Phoenix as starters. If you like the screaming (it'll take a while), then start choosing metal bands such as Zao. Then if you want it even more intense, I suggest Cannibal Corpse (They Deserve To Die, Decency Defied, or Hammer Smashed Face) or Deicide (for the rebellious people).

Depends on what type of meaning you are looking for... Pretty much everything fits your criteria right now... except oldies, which sometimes have the best meanings... Some random songs you might check out are...
