Has anyone else gotten stomach aches quite a bit from the nausea they have during early pregnancy? I keep getting nausea that makes my tummy ache and then I feel like barfing. Or sometimes I will get a stomach ache that will cause nausea. Anyone else get this? I will mention this to my doctor at my next visit but I would like to know if anyone had this also! Oh and may I add that they are actual stomach aches not cramps! Thank you!!

Yes this is normal. My first 3 months of my pregnancy were hell. I had constant nausea and stomachaches. I was so sick at one point, that I didn't eat for 3-4 days straight (coudn't even keep down water).

Definitely mention it to your doctor though. Good Luck and Congratulations.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

they call it morning sickness cause it starts in the morning and lasts until the next morning. With my son, everything made me sick. The smell of pork would make me vomit, and those Cheerios with the fruit in them, I STILL cannot stand to look at them. Just about every woman goes through that. It is one of the bad things about being pregnant.
