please tell me to get funds to develop theatre movement in Andhra Pradesh, india.?

You could try appling for government funds. As this is an arts project you may just get it. Also, if you are young enough, you could apply to the Princes Trust. Alternatively, you could apply to the Arts Council.Good luck.

Yes, apply for government funding, then perhaps private entities may be willing to help support your efforts.
