The need to invest in bigger doors to accomadate larger people. The whole menu, whether they claim it as healthy food is really bad for your health. Slower paced societies have McDonalds, yes, but its not an everyday or every meal thing thus the population around these international chains ar generally healthy people.
But lets face it, we are a fast paced society, so we eat fast and need fast service so sales will always be there. I doubt there will be much growth due to many factors such as other fast food chains, economic needs, and just having a store in every town. The concentration will be on growing the buisness on what stores they have now and trying to remain competitive with other chains.

I think it's really very good. Most fast food chains are run by serious business people who want to succeed. They will change their menu to reflect the public's demand. Those who anticipate these trends, whether it's to healthier foods, or just to suit the demand for variety in foods, will be the most successful. Any who resist will fall behind, or ultimately fail. It's the way of business.
