No, it's not normal, more hten likely your dragon is sick and needs to be taken to a qualified herp vet ASAP.

I'd say chances are your dragon is very sick, and more then likely has round worms, pin worms, hook worms or a high level of coccidia in it's system. Those are all parasites, and in large amounts are very bad and need treatment.

It's not normal, but it's not always serious.

Reptiles will vomit if they are stressed when they are eating or for some time afterward, if they have fed and do not have enough warmth for digestion, and for a variety of other reasons.

I would give the vet a call. Review your husbandry practices with him. He may pick up on something that you are doing incorrectly and ask you to change that and see if it resolves the problem. If you are doing everything right and the animal is ill despite this, he will likely want you to bring the animal in. If the dragon is vomiting from being handled too soon after eating or not having proper heat for digestion, transporting him will only make the situation worse.

Not every adverse episode calls for stressing the animal furthur by hauling it to the office. The important thing is to contact the vet for instructions. Let the vet direct you as to what is best for your pet.
