Definitely depends on the place...if a spot is known for the rings, definitely rings without a doubt. But fries can be good. And fries last longer because there are more!! Plus i think onion rings have a much worse effect on breath...

Onion rings all the way - Elby's (anyone remember or know Elby's?) had the best onion rings ever! Big pieces of onion surrounded by crispy fried batter! I love onions so that's prolly why I love onion rings better than fries, tho fries are good too.

I prefer fries to onion rings. Fries are great and they are tasty too. Onion rings have weird taste and smell too.

Onion rings because they always taste fresh. What sucks about onion rings is I can never find them at the grocery store to make at home *sigh*

Mostyly fries because they normally come with the meal. Onion rings are a treat for whey you're in the mood for them.
