How do i avoid paying so much of duty in the machine imports for my own Industry in INDIA?

Totally I pay 37% duty (Import duty,Excise and Ed.cess )for my imports of machinery. How can i reduce this much ?

The only legitimate way is to fulfill concessional duties / duty pay back conditions, if any, attached to such imports. One such could be fulfilling an export obligation - to export the required output from such imported machines and earn foreign exchange for the country. You may also refer to applicable on your machine / business specific CENVAT / duty adjustment rules.
