You are only 12 years old give your self a break, your not even finished growing up yet. Don't be in such a rush, nature will take it's course and you will grow but , you can not rush to grow up.
So when your body is ready to grow it will. I'm sure that this isn't the answer that you want, but it really is up to your body as to when you will grow more.
Don't be so hard on your self. Remember that every ones body grows differently, so don't worry. You will hit a groth spurt and your growth will speed up and you will look different, before you know it. Don't be in such a rush.

Because you are just 12 years old. you are not a late developer a late developer would be 14 or 15. Hold on and give nature a chance.
But by your other question of having a 20 inch penis you developed good in some other areas of your body.

Be patient. We all develop at different rates. Right now, you should be worrying about your education & forget about the size of your breasts. If you are worried about your body, eat right, get plenty of rest,& drink plenty of water. Real friends will look at your personality, not at your body type. You still have a lot of growing up to do, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, so enjoy life as it is right now. Believe me, life will hit you before you know it.

Some people mature faster than others. I can assure you that this is perfectly normal. You will eventually get breasts but you have to give your body time to grow and mature.

Why are you in a hurry to grow up. You shouldn't be worrying about your breast size at 12.

You say you're 12, but in another question you've asked you're 21????!!!??? And you have a penis?? Now you say you want bigger breasts??
Well if you're 12 and want bigger breasts, let nature take it's course... you're only 12!!!
If you're 21 and want bigger breasts, consider a boob job...

does your mother have big breasts? is she thin or over weight? you will basically be shaped about like she is. getting fat gives you bigger boobs but everything else is bigger too, when you are 21 you can worry about this and get surgery, till then, live with it, you are far from done developing.

Don't think that your other friends or classmates have big breasts. It's because they mature earlier than you. I know someone who is 15, but still have very samall breasts. don't worry. be happy!
